Helping Hearts at Home provides companion care services (non-medical) to clients with chronic debilitating diseases (i.e., Alzheimer's/dementia, Parkinson's, Diabetes, and Arthritis). We provide both short-term (a few weeks) and long-term help for our clients. Helping Hearts at Home offers hourly, overnight, and live-in companionship. Utilizing companion care enables clients to continue to live independently in their home or an assisted living facility with grace, Â dignity as well as safety.
COVID-19 Program
Our company enforces strict guidelines to insure the health and safety of our caregivers and clients. Our caregivers are screened prior to each shift by a nurse and are given paid time off to be tested and results received when we have a concern that they are exhibiting COVID like symptoms. In addition, we assign daily cleaning routines to keep the home COVID free. All of our clients are equipped with a Universal Precautions Kit which contains all the necessary disinfectants, and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).

The owner, Kelly Lanzon, holds a Bachelors Degree in the Science of Nursing and she has worked with the senior population for decades. She has vast experience in home care and the elder population.
Kelly Lanzon has experience and qualifications to instruct clients, their significant others, family members and household members how to safely perform all aspects of home care tasks.
