This orientation prepares caregivers to provide compassionate, reliable companion care with Helping Hearts At Home. It introduces the agency’s family-owned history, its commitment to helping seniors and individuals with chronic debilitating conditions remain safe and independent, and the communities it serves across Long Island. Caregivers will learn the essentials of professional companionship, client safety, communication, infection-control expectations, and accurate scheduling and documentation in AxisCare. By the end, caregivers will understand how to represent the agency with respect, follow the care plan, and use the tools that support consistent, high-quality service.
